6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases (including the digital cookbook) are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or accessed, except where the product is faulty or not as described, or as required by applicable consumer law.

7. Competitions and Prize Draws

From time to time we run competitions and prize draws on our website and through partner organisations, such as the EATO × Authentic African Discover Ghana competition. All competitions are subject to:

  • Our right to verify entries, disqualify entrants who do not meet eligibility criteria, and substitute prizes of equivalent value where necessary
